Shipping Policy


PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please allow for extra processing time during peak sales periods or holidays.

We’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed. However, if you need help, please email us at lunelcoshop@hotmail.com with as many details as possible — we’ll do our best to assist you! Our team is available Monday through Friday.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. A $4.90 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under $50. Additional metered shipping is available for delivery destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Once your order has been picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times range from 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once a label has been created. Please note: tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the label is generated.

Once shipped, tracking and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. As much as we’d love to hand-deliver every package, we are not able to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need it faster? We’ve got you covered! We offer UPS 3-5Day shipping for orders within the contiguous U.S. Pricing depends on your location and order weight. Please still allow 3–5 business days for order processing.

Orders placed with UPS 3-5Day will arrive within five business days after they ship. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may arrive the following Monday or Tuesday. Weekend delivery is not available with this service.
