We want you to be happy with your purchase from LUNELCO. That’s why we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your product, please reach out to us at lunelcoshop@hotmail.com — we’re here to help!

Note: For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted on brand new and unopened items.


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us first via email at lunelcoshop@hotmail.com to request a return or exchange.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Include your order number, email address, and reason for return or exchange on a note inside the package.

  4. Ship the item(s) back to us. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

⚠️ Please do not return items to the sender address on the shipping label. Always contact us first to avoid delays or misrouted packages.
📦 Return shipping costs and customs clearance (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Products that have been used, opened, or activated

  • Personal care or wellness products (e.g., candles used for therapeutic purposes) that have been opened

  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery


Refund Processing Time

  • We process refunds within 7 business days of receiving your returned package.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund time depends on your provider:

    • PayPal: Within 24 hours

    • Credit/Debit Cards: Up to 15 business days


Exchanges

  • For unshipped orders: Email us at lunelcoshop@hotmail.com and we can help you update the items.

  • For delivered orders: Products must meet return conditions (unopened, unused). Please contact us for return instructions.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges depend on your local courier.

  • Shipping, taxes, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

  • LUNELCO does not cover return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
